Grab both files and place them in root of USB drive.

Download PS3HEN.BIN

Download HEN_UPD.pkg

Plug the USB drive in the slot closest to disc drive on your PS3.

Open my website (ps3addict.github.io) in your PS3 browser.

Click on “HEN Enablers” link.

Click on the second link on that page (for USB000.html)

HEN should enable and install.

REMOVE THE USB DRIVE and reboot when done!
